First a warning, I'm not a
SuSE user, so you might have to use different paths (locations) - it's up to the
SuSE community to help you out there.
But the key is to actually load the
ndiswrapper kernel module:

# modprobe -i ndiswrapper
To have it ready at system boot, you'll have to edit the
modules file; on my systems, it's in
/etc. Open the file with your preferred editor as root and add "ndiswrapper" on a new line at the bottom (it's the safest place to put it there - if there's a long list, you might want to check it for a better place; some other modules might want networking).
