Unhappy Mouse Pad don't Work on Linux Mint 20 cinnamon

Hi everyone, I came here searching help or a miracle ..

I have installed linux mint 20 with a Dual Boot on a toshiba satellite S55-C5262 but I have serveral issues with peripherals, as my mouse my bluetooh doesn't work either. When boot from Windows 10 all works fine.

I though that the problem was with my distribution choice but even with booting with Ubuntu o OpenSuse from USB mousepad not works.

I only know basic about linux so, I don't know what can I try to solve this, or how change a driver or where find then.

I accept any ideas, please help here...

yensei,

Welcome to LQ forums.

The touchpad is disabled by default.

Restart your laptop and keep tapping F2 to enter the BIOS.

Then press Fn+F5 to refresh the hardware settings.

Next press F10 to Save and Exit from BIOS.
