mount DVD drive from a Windows PC

I just logged into my Fedora system.
How do I mount a DVD drive which is physically located on a Windows 2000 PC?

The Windows PC has been "sharing" the same DVD drive with other Windows PCs on the LAN.

you would just treat it like any other SaMBa share on the network. Easiest way to mount it is often via konqueror or nautilus.
