monitor giving out of range while running x


i am runnig Red Hat Linux enterpirise server
and i am using sony hmd A200 monitor

whenever i try to run x windows it gives me message
out of scan range monitor

i tried changin etc/x11 file by changing refresh rates


i am new to linux any help would be appericated

Pic a VESA standard refresh rate, like 72Hz, if using a CRT or if using an LCD should be 60 or 75Hz refresh.
