Mighty mouse trackball

Is there any way to use the mighty mouse trackball as an actual trackball, so that you could move the cursor with it?

that double post
the double post was accidental, I accidentally hit the back and forward buttons and it made an extra thread.

Now lets get to an answer

what do you mean by no trouble? We don't have to do anything to have it the trackball act like it does in Mac OS X?
