Microsoft Intellimouse wheel/Optical USB (5 Buttons)

Can anyone tell me how to configure this mouse in Suse 9.3 professional. The only drivers I have been able to locate only enable the standard 2 button plus wheel functions. I would like to be able to configure the additional 2 buttons as I use them for web browsing.

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the link but no - it doesn't exactly help get me started. I cannot find an XF86Config file on my SUSE9.3 distro and I cannot edit the xorg.conf file neither. Have posted to that thread and will monitor responses.
