Meaning of PC Speaker signals

I am going crazy trying to find anything on Google. IIRC I had a list of all signals and what failure they ment some days ago, but I can't find it in my history and I can't find it on Google either. So I am giving up and asking in here.

I have a VIA VT8235 if that should do any difference. I need to know all the different "beeps" that the pc speaker do when something does not work (I recall that one short beep mean that everything is OK).

Regards.

VIA VT8235 is a chipset and doesn't generate beep codes.

You need to look up the motherboard manufacturer and get a list of the BIOS Beep Codes for that motherboard.
