Make Ramdisk of 6GB for SQL DB fot faster search

hi there.
i want to reduce he search time in my databases of my sql server.
i have increased the cache and still have no change almost because every search is a different search.
so i want to make ramdisk of 6GB (my DB is about 4GB)
my server has 16GB of ram
after the ram disk creation - i want copy my DB to the ramdisk and to change the default db path of sql to the ram disk.
how do i do all of this? can anyone help me?

You could do a search for 'tmpfs' here on LQ as this has been covered a lot.
