Mainboard recommendations?

Hey all, I'm putting together a new box and would like your mobo recommendations. It should have/be:

-- Socket 775
-- 3 or more USB headers on board (the 9 pin dealies)
-- Micro ATX
-- at least one IDE port for my old IDE drives
-- Ability to flash BIOS without Windows

2 slots for RAM is enough, onboard video is irrelevant as I have a pretty good card, 5.1 audio would be nice but I could also use a card for that.

Anything you guys/gals recommend? I don't want to drop a lot of cash---somewhere around 100 dollars would be sufficient.

TIA

What processor do you think you wanna use, sure it's gonna be socket 775, but is it gonna be a Core 2, or what ?

What kind of graphics card do you have, specifically what interface ? PCI-E, AGP ?

I'm going with a Core 2 and the Video card is an Nvidia G-Something PCI something-or-other.

I doubt you can find one that is micro ATX and does NOT have onboard video. It seems not to be possible.

Either way here's my recommendation:

Get an intel chipset, not nvidia for sure, because it doesn't always work.
Check the HCL:

As well as:

I've used ASUS, Gigabyte, and Intel motherboards and I've had the most problems with Gigabyte, and the least with Intel. I wanted to try Abit, but it just wasn't available.
