Looking for procinfo package

Hello -

Can anybody tell me how to find a copy of the procinfo package?
I see numerous references to such a package, but have not located
a place from which to download it.

Note. I am specifically interested in using the lsdev utility, which is
my reason for wanting to find the package in the first place.

Thanks very much.
