LogWatch error: aacraid:ID(0:03:0); Mechanical Positioning Error ...: 1 Time(s)

My friend is running a server and uses LogWatch.

It recently reported the following errors:

--------------------- Kernel Begin ------------------------

WARNING: Kernel Errors Present

aacraid:ID(0:03:0); Hardware Error [k:0x4,c:0x15,q: ...: 1 Time(s)
aacraid:ID(0:03:0); Mechanical Positioning Error ...: 1 Time(s)

---------------------- Kernel End -------------------------

#cat /proc/version
Linux version 2.6.15-1.1833_FC4smp (bhcompile@hs20-bc1-1.build.redhat.com) (gcc version 4.0.2 20051125 (Red Hat 4.0.2-8)) #1 SMP Wed Mar 1 23:56:51 EST 2006

What is a 'Mechanical Positioning Error'? A quick Google reveals it has something to do with a SCSI hardward failure, perhaps. Does this mean that a SCSI drive failure is imminent?

What can he do to rectify this situation?
