Linksys PCI Wireless Adapter wmp11 on Redhat8.0

HELP PLEASE
Im a newbie and I just installed redhat 8.0 on my x86 PC. I am having a terrible time getting my linksys wmp11 pci wireless adapter working. Could someone please help as I dont even know where to begin and in the network config under KDE I can't find my card listed all I see is the prismII based wpc11 pcmcia card listed which I ddi get workin on my powerbok g3 laptop

If its a wmp11 v2.5 and below, its just another prism2 card:

/sbin/modprobe orinoco_pci
ifconfig ethX up
iwconfig ethX essid nameofnetwork
dhclient ethX

Might need to add an "iwconfig ethX enc 21321321" if you're running encryption.

If its the WMP11 v2.7, that's a broadcom card that is not currently covered by any linux drivers.
