leadtek dtv1000 Opensuse 10.2 X86_64

Hi

I am trying to get my dtv1000 working in Opensus 10.2 x86_64.

I tried changing the type to a conex??t chipset but now i cant revert it to what it used to say in the Yast control panel.

I have recently updated my kernel to 2.6.20-rc7-??? that went smooth and was able to use the nvidia drivers with my hardware (tho a minor issue remains unsolved.) also have latest Fuse and NTFS-3g installed and operating smoothly.

I am not scared of getting into the guts or "breaking my software" so to speak.

any help would be appreciated.

My hardware is

Intel C2D E6400
MSI P965 Platinum mobo.
8800 GTS
Audigy 2ZS
2 Gig A-Data Ram
2 Sata hd and 1 IDE-Drive
IDE - Pioneer 111D burner
