Java application on Red Hat Linux - Load sharing problem

We have an in-house developed Java application deployed on Red Hat Enterprise version 6.0, on an IBM hardware X3630 N3 model 64-bit server with 6 core processors. Apprantly, when the application is running, it is picking up only 2 processes, at random. Hence, the load is not being distributed equally and occupied processors are showing 100% utilisation.
Pl help me in resolving this so that all 6 processors are being utilised for proper load sharing.
