Intel D925XCV Motherboard with Serial ATA

I have happily been using Fedora Core 2 on my old PIII system. Recently I built a new PC which has an Intel D925SCV Motherboard and 2 Serial ATA drives. I am currently having problems setting up the onboard LAN driver and the the Serial ATA drives. I want to be able to dual boot with Windows XP Professional and any flavor of Linux that will work. If anyone has done this I would appreciate any help! If you need more specs I can provide them.

Thanks in advance!

When you say "if anyone has done this" are you referring to setting up SATA or setting up an XP/Linux dual boot? I assume it's the former but it's a little ambiguous -- J.W.

I was refering to setting up SATA. I found this site:

http://www.linuxmafia.com/faq/Hardware/sata.html

However, I am not sure which SATA it is...Intel ICH5,6 etc?
