Installing Video Card

I recently switched to Linux and have gotten to the point where I want to start getting everything installed and looking/feeling the way that I want them to. I want to start with the video card...but no clue how to do it.

My video card is the DDR NVIDIAŽ GeForce FX Go5200 4x Graphics I think...that's what I just found on a specs page online.

Any help would be appreciated!

djljjm; 1st check LQO`s hardware compatibility lists & mdk`s hcl also which ever OS u have so that ur video
card does not cause problems. if compatible then install & let os find & recqonize it + installs its drivers or cards.
