i have an ISA modem... its a Diamond Supra Express 336i


how can i install it?
will it work under red hat linux 8.0?
how? pls help..
thank you in advance.

In my experience, ISA modems require no installation under any disto.

You just need to configure your network connection to use /dev/ttyS0. Run rp3 (hooray for a book about a distro I've never used), and configure your connection.
