I am having problems with my cd dvd player. Unable able to mount cdrom0


My cdrom was working just fine until I updated. Now I get
mount: special device /dev/scd0 does not exist
any Ideas?

this gives us NO INFO !

yes you updated BUT from WHAT to WHAT
AND
how did you update?

1) what are you running ?
2) what WAS the version you updated ?
3) what did you update it to ?

and so on ...........
