How to know about my driver version?


I'd like to know all about my driver version before plan to upgrade a dirver/firmware.
aspecialy,
I'd like to know my controller (Dell PERC 4/DC) driver version before update to the latest of it.

Could anyone know how should i do?
Which particular command needs?
My box is RHEL3.0AS.
