How important are heat sinks on DDR 3200 Memory?

I don't plan on overclocking (yet). The processor is an Athlon 2700+ on an ASUS A7N8X-Deluxe. Any suggestions on memory cooling requirements? I have one 512 stick of DDR 3200.

As an extreme overclocker I don't think you need worry about this at all. If you wanted to max the voltages to the memory in order to push the speed of the memory to its max it might be relevant. Memory should operate normally at its specified speed if the case temps are within the normal range.
