Cool help to Venice's firends

I have a Promise RAID PDC20378 ATA RAID controller, on my Asus K8V-SE Deluxe motherboard. Unfortunately, there is no driver for this in the Suse 9 Linux kernel(and in the asus site ecc.), which was annoying because I wanted to migrate my main workstation from Windows to Suse Linux 9 I wanted to get RAID 1 working at the same time.
I want to keep booth the OS (XP and Linux) in my raid 1 (with 4 disk). Now the partitions are thees:
- boot (360 mb) ext3- primary; XP (20 gb ) NTFS primary; Extendet (primary); swap (1,2 gb) ext3 logical; \ (20gb) ext3 logical; tmp (1,2 gb) ext3 logical; home (20 gb) ext3 logical;
Ecc.
Thanks for all ideas, by Cesare from Venice

I'm not sure what you are asking....but as you're using SuSE you could try buying it and then asking them..they are very clever :-)

ftp://ftp.tyan.com/drivers_linux/s51...78/SuSE_81_82/ - are from the Tyan site, they are for Suse 8.2 but should work for you
The 2.6 kernel may well have support for them - you'd need to check the changelogs on www.kernel.org
