Firstly I'd be a bit worried if two drives failed....are the cables ok?.......is the mobo buggy?
Anyway...as a last resort....when all else fails....try jolting the drive like this;
Hold the drive with your thumb on one side edge of the drive and your fingers on the other side.
Then rapidly twist your wrist back and forth (the movement you'de use to turn a water tap on and off), but very sudden movements.
Plug it back in and see.
If that dont work you could try giving it a sharp tap with a screwdriver handle, on the side chassis, diagonally away from the power connector.
These solutions will only help if the drive is jammed or the bearing is stuck. If something is burnt out....forget it.
But check the other hardware first, as there may be nothing wrong with the drives.
