Hard drive capacity suddenly "0"

I am at a loss here. Here is what I have.
Mandrake 9.2
60G hard drive
Running Apache webserver
Running a MySql server
Running Samba for a few Windoze users.
I administer the system thru Webmin as root

I was moving some files from a Win machine to a folder on the nix machine. I get about 50 meg transferred over when I get a disk full error. As I am pondering this my partner comes over and says that he is having trouble getting into our intranet page. I try it and get a session error, can't save the session. I try another page and get the same thing. I go to my Webmin and look at the partition for my drive and it says 98% free!?? WTF? So I go back the the folder I was using and delete it. Lo and behold when I go back to the webpages I gett a proper page and the sessions work just fine. So, anyone have any ideas what is going on? I would hazzard a guess and say I might have a total of 1 gig of shared folders for the network on the system. I have noticed that there is alot of traffic to my apache server from the wan side of the network. Could someone be hacking me and storing stuff in a hidden directory?

Thanks in advance for any help!

ED

Are you using quotas on your system? That could do it.

Nope no quotas, but I think I found the issue after I posted. My / partitioin has only 150 meg left and my /home partition has about 57 G open. So I think I made a noob mistake when I set up the partitions.
