Unhappy Flashdisk -- accidentally formatted to ext2 ...

Crap. I messed it up this time. I accidentally made an ext2fs on sda1 (flashdisk device) and now I need it to work on a windoes box. DAMN! In other words, I need to make a vfat filesystem there. Are there any tools for Linux/FreeBSD that allow me to perform it? Cause mkfs makes only Linux filesystems...
