I want to install linux on a 80 GB western digital hard drive. The problum is it doesnt reconize it as a drive. How would i get it to reconize it so i can install Red Hat Fedora Core 3 on it.
you may want to type the option 'doscsi' when your booting into the installer, this will take care fo the first two (hopefully)
If its IDE - im not too sure, ive never used one, check the hardware compatibility list to see if any one else has had trouble with it.
