Error about AX_openwindow

Dear all,

I'm using OpenSuse 11.1 Linux. My graphics card is Nvidia Geforce 7300 GT. Today I download the driver for graphics card and install it successfully. But I encountered a problem when I try to use a software, Atomeye, to display a file. The soteware sun normally, but the window poped out is transparent, accompanying with such information:
AX_openwindow: your X server does not support
shared memory pixmap in Z format (0 0).
Shared memory XShmPutImage is used instead.

I'm a newbie to Linux, and I don't how to solve it? Could you ive me some advice? Thanks in advance!

Best regards,
Damien
