Does the audigy 2 zs work with major distributions


Hi I am just wondering if the soundcard Audigy 2 Zs works with the major distributions.

Does anyone have one working

Distribution: Slackware 10.2 kernel 2.6.13, Gentoo amd64, Some mish-mash of programs that started with slack 9.0

It works with any distribution that uses alsa, which is probably all of them, even minor ones.

That card uses the emu10k module. Alsa is in the kernel in 2.6.* Lots of people have it working.
