Conflict btw Logitech USB mouse and Linksys WUSB54GC

Hello

I have a confict btw my mouse and wireless adapter. If I reboot with both connected nothing gets detected. If I boot with adapter alone it gets detected. If I boot with mouse alone it gets detected too. Now I booted with mouse only.

Code:
bt bin # lsusb
Bus 5 Device 1: ID 0000:0000
Bus 4 Device 2: ID 046d:c00c Logitech, Inc. Optical Wheel Mouse
Bus 4 Device 1: ID 0000:0000
Bus 3 Device 1: ID 0000:0000
Bus 2 Device 1: ID 0000:0000
Bus 1 Device 1: ID 0000:0000
After that I connected my adpater nothing happens. lsusb shows the same as above.

How can I can I manually my BT2 detects the adapter or how can I make them all work with no conflict.

Bellow is dmesg after the USB adapter is connected
Code:
usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 7
usb 1-3: device not accepting address 7, error -110
usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 8
usb 1-3: device not accepting address 8, error -110
usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 9
usb 1-3: device not accepting address 9, error -110
usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 10
usb 1-3: device not accepting address 10, error -110
One more piece of info is that my wireless adapter does not get detected no matter if it not installed before boot the laptop.
