The main issue is that when X crashes like that you lose the keyboard input. And control + alt + backspace is disabled in a lot of mainstream distros these days. And the cntrl + alt + "+/-" is also disabled, but back when it worked that was the "+" and "-" on the number pad ONLY.

You might want to run memtest86+ to see if your ram is trustworthy, bad ram can cause panics and such. The failure during or shortly after boot would suggest RAM or other hardware issues.

I managed to fix the issue,it was RAM i just had to remove it and cleaned it and works great 3rd day no freezes.

Thnx to Everyone who helped and this issue taught me so much about linux
