CentOS 4.5 hangs after install
I've installed CentOS 4.5 and my system now hangs (keyboard unresponsive, disk light is on solid) after the message "Hardware initializing..." when booting. Linux was installed using noscsi and nousb options.
Apparently I need to get the scsi and usb portions configured, but am no longer able to enter the boot options.
My system config is:
Dell Precision 650 (built 2003)
(2) 2.0 ghz xeon
2gb memory
120gb Western Digital IDE hard drive (boot drive)
36gb Seagate scsi hard drive
BIOS version is A01
LSI SCSI controller MPTBIOS-IS-5.02.32
Linux kernel: Red Hat nash version 4.2.1.10
Any ideas?
