hey guys, i just installed suse 9.1 from 9.0, now i try to install the drivers with the rpms and readme from ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/sup...1/fglrx/3.7.6/
i followed the instructions exactly but i had no luck. I think it doesnt work due to the fact that i have a Nforce2 motherboard. so i used the steps for nforce mobos back from the suse 9.0 instructions but still no luck. i also notice that in the suse hardware infromation i look under unknown devices and i see "NVida Nforce2 AGP" and "NVida Nforce2 AGP (different version?)" and i also see my video card "ATI R350 R350" could this be the season why it is not functioning? accually, i havent installed my motherboard driveers because my mobo was automatically detected. is there a Suse 9.1 driver that nvidia has released or can i use the 9.0 drivers or should i just compile my own? thanks in advance.
