[Log in to get rid of this advertisement]
They show up in dmesg but when I do fdisk, I get an error:

# uname -a
Linux paradox 2.6.9-34.ELsmp #1 SMP Fri Feb 24 16:54:53 EST 2006 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

# fdisk /dev/sdb

Unable to read /dev/sdb

# rpm -qa |grep qla
qla2xxx-v8.01.04-3

What exactly are they? EMC Symmetrix, EMC Clariion, EMC Celera?

Here we use EMC Clariion zoned via SAN to RedHat AS 3 Linux servers with no problem.
