Cannot detect Cinergy1200 DVB-C card/detected

Well, I end up to update kernel-source-2.6.11 from debian unstable
and compile it (after I realised I do not have to use all the unstable
packages
2.6.11 has tda10021 and after installing them I was able to scan
channels.
By the way Terratec Cinergy1200 was not identified with that name
but discover gave followint list.
Phillips SAA7146 is dvb card.

nVidia Corporation nForce2 USB Controller
nVidia Corporation nForce2 USB Controller
nVidia Corporation nForce2 USB Controller
nVidia Corporation nForce2 Ethernet Controller

Silicon Image, Inc. (formerly CMD Technology Inc) SiI 3112 [SATALink/SATARaid] Serial ATA Controller
nVidia Corporation NV34 [GeForce FX 5200]

------------------------------------
So I mixed up Technotrend and Terratec...
below are the details for CInergy.
budget-av was found from the kernel but
tda10021 was not.
So I guess I need to patch the kernel with tda10021 driver
module. Any help where to find tda10021 module and
how patch is made (never done that)???
