Brother MFC-210C top margin is huge, bottom doesn't print

I'm having a problem with the Brother MFC-210... The top margin is huge and the bottom of the page doesn't even print. I went into the kde control center --> periph --> printers and set the margins and I also set the margins in openoffice... I set them to be pretty small like .125in or so but it prints with a top margin of like an inch!

CUPS settings...

This whole time I've been going over all the options and they just didn't seem right. I mean I did get those drivers directly from Brother which seems to have adequate Linux support.

I decided to check the CUPS settings to see if I could change anything there. I went to localhost:631 and I changed the default page size to Letter from A4.

I didn't think to do this because I had the default size set to letter everywhere else. Maybe it didn't set the cups settings because the driver just has a wrapper for CUPS and its not directly made for it? I don't know! Whatever, as long as it works.!
