bios upgrade utility.


i am using gigabyte 845 motherboard. i want to upgrade my bios using linux. there are 2 -3 bios utilities for windows. can u suggest me some utilities for linx so that i can upgrade the bios by booting in linux.

hey, I hope you find something. Personally I tend not to upgrade the BIOS unless something is terribly wrong, but on the occasions I had to I always had to create a DOS floppy disk and work from that. It's annoying.

dos utility i know but in windoes we have 4-y utilities for flaash/ can u suggest me any one.
