BIOS Startup-Need to get rid of Unetbootin freedos

I applied Unetbootin freedos and corrupted my startup. I have an HP Compaq desktop and mainly run Ubuntu 14.04. I installed Fedora from a DVD iso and it helped some.. How can I restore my default BIOS. Each time I try, it comes up with this "malware" Unetbootin. I have been attempting to enable virtualization but when I reach that point nothing changes with my arrow keys.

Used Ubuntu Community Forums. Terminal command: 'sudo apt-get remove - purge unetbootin'

New Problem. Can not boot with any USB devices plugged in; otherwise, I can choose to boot into Ubuntu 14 or Fedora. After complete boot, I can reconnect my USB's.
