Best laptop for Linux (and games on Linux)
I am looking to buy a new laptop in the future, but my monetary resources are limited, so I need it to be under $1,000 dollars. What is the most Linux compatible laptop in this price range? I am especially concerned with graphics compatibility, as I like to play computer games such as Tux racer. To sum this up: How can I get the most Linux compatibility for my buck?
*Note: Distro's I am considering are Debian and (yes, I know its not Linux) FreeBSD. If you can think of a distribution that you particularly like, I would be much obliged if you would post its name and where to find it, so that I may check it out.
Thanks,
Jeremy Pedersen
