Bad Sound Due to Hardware...not Software...ideas?
As some of you may already know, I've had quiet a few problems getting my sound working under linux....I've thrown in a Sound Blaster Audigy to see how it sounds in my machine which is a friends and it turns out his is the same...
The conclusion, it HAS to be a hardware error....what do you think could possibly be the problem? I've already disabled the onboard soundcard in the BIOS, so that can't be interferring at all...
