ALC880 - is it fully supported?

I'm thinking about buying a sager laptop with the ALC880 CODEC soundcard on it, and wanted to know if ALSA was able to mix multiple channels, and therefor be able to use TeamSpeak/play a CD/whatever at the same time, or is it limited to a single channel??

Thanks =)

When try using Knoppix 4.0 on my brother's Sager notebook. It loaded up snd-hda-intel because it uses the 915 chipset for the Pentium M processor.
