Adding second HD to system

I have a RH server up and runnig. I want to add a Hard Drive to put my /var/ftp/ folder on so I can load larger files. It now is on the /dev/hda6 partition. Where can I find instructions on how to add a hard drive and set up that drive or folder to that new hdb? All help is greatly appreciated. jeff

Check /etc/fstab for fs mount points, mkfs for actually creating the filesystem on your second disk, fdisk to partition your disk (or parted or another partitioning software).
