I Configured NIS Master and Slave server both are working fine. but every 1 month my user is getting this error (do_ypcall: clnt_call: RPC: Unable to receive; errno = Connection refused) and when i am checking from server side i am getting this error(ypserv dead but subsys locked). I am working in Redhat 2.1 AS server and installed these rpm's
ypserv-2.8-4.21
ypbind-1.12-5.21
When i see in website it says neet to install patch for ypbind but not available.

Not surprised there is not an update...RH2.1 is VERY old. You can try to install a newer ypserv and ypbind from the source code, and compile it on your system, or you can upgrade to a newer RedHat, where there will be updates for that software.
I cannot change or upgrade os from old LINUX 2.1 AS to new because it is Production server.
I am fine any one help for installing patch and site of the patch for this issue.
Don't know what you mean by the last sentence, please clarify. If you want to install ypserv and ypbind from source, download the source files. This http://www.linux-nis.org/nis/ is a good starting point...Google can give you more options.
You really should upgrade that server, though. 2.1 is VERY old, and at some point, that server will die, and need to be rebuilt anyway. Build a new server on different hardware, and run the two side-by-side, until you get your services configured and migrated, then turn the old one off. This is a typical issue in most production environments.
