witch one would you install hxplay-11.0.0 or realplay-10.0.9 and why ?


they both play real videos
Is one better than the other ?
Is it like netscape and mozilla ?

Helix is open source while real is closed source. I have rarely used either because I find that mplayer and totem play most real files, too. But I have also found a few formats - not many - that will play on the proprietary real player only.
