Wiki Engine?

I currently have an apache webserver serving a PHP-Nuke site. I have been getting more and more interested in wiki sites and would like to set up one to play around with. Does anyone recommend a specific wiki engine? The more simple, the better. Thanks!

usemod wiki is one of the simplest i have seen.. it has a no-frills approach.. its written in perl and uses cvs for backups and diffs etc.
