Please give a little more info.

What exactly do you mean by "PCB task structure"? Why are you looking for it?

In other words, please provide some "context" for your question, so we can answer intelligently.

PS:
I presume you have a Linux system, and you've downloaded the kernel source (for example, to /usr/src/linux).

PCB ... : Isn't that taken care of by the 'schedulers' ?
