Website does not work in Linux (different distros, different browsers), but works in Windows

I’m having trouble accessing this website:

www.volaris.com

Sometimes the initial page will load normally, but then nothing after that works normally – it displays very little of content of the pages.

It does not work on my main computer, running Feren OS and Vivaldi browser. I tried installing Google Chrome on this computer, and had the same issues. I also tried it on another computer running Linux Lite and Firefox, and had the same issues there. It DOES work in windows. I tried it on 2 different windows computers, one using Vivaldi, and another using Brave, and it worked in both.

On the Linux computers, the site always asks me to verify that I am not a robot.

I know that some web-sites can work differently in different countries. I am in Mexico, and the site is a Mexican airline, so I think it should work here, and it does on Windows computers.

I have 2 motivations for posting the question here. First, this is an airline site that I need to use, and would like to be able to access it from my main computer. And second, I’m very curious what OS level thing would cause this web-site not to work.

So, does anyone know why this site won’t work on either of my Linux systems? Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem?

I use firefox

without agent switching....your site did not load for me

install
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir...on/uaswitcher/

You can read how to use it....remove agents etc by clicking on url....remove space between
about: addons

enable it and I chose Windows Edge 44

then site loads

I was able to duplicate your problem with Firefox on Mageia v. 8. I also was unable to connect to it with Konqueror on Magiea.

However, I was able to connect with Firefox on Android and on my VM of Win8.

I was able to look at the source code in Firefox on Mageia, but nothing leapt out at me, but I'm hardly even a novice in the source code for heavily scripted websites like that one.

Thank you aus9 and frankbell. My preferred browser is Vivaldi, so I found a Chrome extension for user agent switching and installed it. I set it for Google Chrome on Windows, and with that the site worked. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
