Hello and Welcome to LinuxQuestions,

If your admin has blocked those port(s) then you'll have to talk to him and ask his permission. Nobody here on LQ, AFAIK, will help you bypass security measures put in place by your admin. Also it is agains the LQ rules to post information in regards to cracking and related.

Kind regards,

Eric

Bad idea to ask questions regarding cracking or playing with the IT policies of your organization. You may not have your job for long if finds it out. And he may be LQ member as well.
