Web server + ftp server, How would you partition?

I have just purchased a new machine for use as a web server, and also will serve out ftp. I was wondering how other admins would partition such a system (and filesystems used).

I have two 120 gig drives (which will be mirrored), using the gentoo operating system. I plan to use apache, php, mysql, an ftp package, and maybe some web analyzer software.

Any comments would be appreciated!

Firstly, have a partition of about 10GB for / and maybe partition /usr as well. Then RAID up the other disks (when you write something to disk, the information is stored on both disks. Great for backup, but if you want all the space you can get then don't use it), and partition for /srv/www and /srv/ftp
