Here are the steps:

1) Buy watchdog.
2) Bring watchdog home.
3) ???
4) Profit!

Ammad,

If you're referring to the watchdog project from the Apache Jakarta Project, that project has been dormant since around 2002. You might be better off finding an alternative solution. But they have documentation at http://jakarta.apache.org/watchdog/index.html

But you should be more specific in what you are actually using or wanting to know more about.
