vxWorks login issues


Hello. Sometimes i am not able to type anything in the command prompt of vxWorks console.
-> <if i type anything here, it takes it as an enter key>

Why is this behavior? It doesn happen always.

Are you using hyperterm or what to connect?

teraterm.
it boots succesfully by printing all the boot param's but when it comes to enter anything it treats it as an enter key.

I have no data but I'd bet vxworks is way more stable than most OS's.

I'd be more inclined to be looking at your terminal or the communication setup to include the cabling and other rmi/efi.

Try a different terminal to start.

Happen only when serial cables are used. the shell is not taking any input i key in from STDIN in the LINE MODE
