Unhappy VNC crashed with Gnome(RH7.2)

Hey guys, I tried to use VNC viewer from Winxp. But it always end up crashed(20 times only 1 time can load up prooerly). Just a Big window there. I managed to bring up my ccmsn by console. What is going on with this problem. Last time, when I used RH7.0, no problem at all with the vnc. Thank you !!!
